Phil is a very knowledgeable and personable P.A. He invests the time to get to know each of his patients on a personal level. Phil also ensures that he answers all questions completely and if for some reason he isn't able to answer the patient's questions at that particular moment, he will tell you. He will then research the questions and get back to the patient in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a quality knowledgeable P.A.
