I had a set of acrylic nails done just before Christmas 2024 and the pinky nail broke on Christmas Eve so I went back and asked for them to repair and I would pay for a new design on all of my nails. Before I knew it, they were filing down my other nails too and started doing a fill. Recently had my nails done and was very disappointed. I noticed once I got into my car and put on my glasses. Nails weren’t filed properly and nail polish was very bumpy. I went back first thing in morning. I was told by the owner that the colour is what gives the impression of bumpy and he would file my nails so they weren’t so square. Amazing service!! I’ve had experience with almost all the nail techs and each time my nails look beautiful! Phillip and his staff is kind and attentive!
