My son has been attending daycare here for over a year now and all the staff have been pleasant to work with! Nobody has ever given my son or I any problems. Everyone is always happy to help or assist in any way they can and we’ll forever be grateful for Kindercare! Highly recommend this location for a budget friendly price ☺️☺️
Let me start off with saying ms. Dess and ms. Jayde were the best dou directors ever. (Five stars for those two ladies) The past 6-7 weeks have been terrible. School age class is a group of wild ones. Ms Stephanie the director allows certain things to happen and won’t send a child home for bad behavior. They can’t keep staff probably cuz the director, the staff that is there is barely holding on. Would NOT recommend
Charge SO many fees & unnecessary money even though I had help from ywca it’s impossible to even keep up with. Can’t keep any staff, always new teachers so no stability for the kids. Had several occasions with biting & no incident reports and no teacher could even tell me what happened.. My kids were always getting sick alll the time. I do not recommend this Kindercare location.
Understaffed and the director is really unfriendly and unhelpful. There are much better Kindercare centers in the area for SURE.
This place is not somewhere I would send my children. At first they was awesome for the first week it’s only like on teacher that’s great there in the infant room. My daughter got sick and was out for three weeks.. they literally tried to over charge me with co payments when childcare is paying them. Not to mention I notice the place was not up the part and certain parts had an odor to it. They only care about money and not the kids.
