Had a wonderful visit. I am a veteran and he has been the best Ortho I have ever had. Dealing with the VA you deal with so many different drs. Mainly because they can not keep drs for longer than 6 mths. So they finally sent me out of network to Dr. Bacilla and the experience has been better than I could have ever expected. Personally if I was a Dr. I wouldnt take VA patients. Because I know how difficult it can be to deal will VA administration. They never pay on time. I am immobile due to a knee injury and had to sign some paperwork. The office staff would not walk outside to let me sign a form. So I had to hobble into the office. They could not go above and beyond and walk sixty feet to help me. I'm deeply humiliated.
