As always we experienced greag customer service and amazing medical care at TOA. From the front desk to the doctor it’s always great care. We live TOA and all their staff and will continue to be patients there for all orthopedic needs.
First, scheduling was easy and there was no wait for an appointment with Dr. Schneider. It has been my experience since moving to Clarksville that a wait for a new patient appointment can be months long so this in itself was awesome! From the time I walked in for my appointment, the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Schneider was thorough and answered any questions I had. He was also very kind and personable from the first visit through surgery and post op appointment! I hope I don’t need an orthopedist in the near future ... read more
I only had to wait a few minutes and was called back and put in a room. The lady that took me to the room was the doctors assistant. The the doctor came in and answered my questions and he and his assistant were both extremely nice and helpful.
