In my almost 40 years of living, this was hands down the best experience with a mechanic. I was referred to Mr. Osborne by my insurance company's appraiser after my car was broken into during a failed theft attempt. Mr. Osborne was kind and expressed genuine sympathy towards my situation. He updated me and my husband through every step of the process. My car was repaired promptly and returned to me as if it never happened. AMAZINGGG service ! this is the best body shop i’ve ever been too & that doesn’t even do justice , they cleaned my car after they were finished !!! extremely friendly service and they made sure everything was quick and easy for me. will be recommending to EVRRYONE i know.
