For him, I will purchase any future property through him and recommend to all my family and friends. Super responsive, would text me back super fast and answer all my crazy questions. Phillip was the absolute best to work with! Being a first time home buyer, there was a lot I didn't know or understand, and he took the time to show and explain everything. Very patient and informative. I've always heard how pushy realtors can be, and that can't be further from the truth with Phillip!
