I built a new home in Garrettsville and the builder's cement contractor did a poor job. I needed some repair work done so someone I know with professional experience in this area HIGHLY recommended Phil Miller Construction. I certainly see why! Can’t say enough about Phil Miller. Highly recommend. They do a fantastic job, they work very efficiently, and everyone on the crew very pleasant to work with. They arrived early every day and got right to work. They had the fairest quote out of all the companies I looking in to. So glad I used them for my projects so far. I will continue using and recommending them to everyone !
