Called PMP several times with work and they deliver everytime! Special props to the front office. M NEEDS A RAISE!
I would definitely use this company again in the future. They showed up on time. Zach was very respectful and went over everything that needed to be done.
Deceptive, get the prices up front, I was charged over 2k and the job was never completed, wanted over 600.00 to replace sump pump power pole, even tho 2 invoices said they would return on Monday to replace it. Was charged labor rates for 4 hours when they couldn’t figure out an obvious problem
Needed our septic pumped asap and they pulled through and came out to us in less than 24 hours! Got the job done quickly and were super knowledgeable! Great crew awesome service! Definitely recommend!
Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve my problem, but everyone was great, from Morgan in the office to the guys that came out. I need a whole new septic system and no money to do that.
