I have purchased a new Mazda few year ago and everything was fine. Only taken to Mazda service for regular checkup. I doubt they perform any service. They didn't even advice my 3 tires meed replacing as they were almost bold. The battery of the key was not replaced. They say they do complementary clean, but this is not true, They also give some some lame excuse about not performing a thorough ceck. If it was a 0 I would have given them a zero for service and 0 for customer service. I cancelled all my future services with the... read more

Avoid Phillip Mazda service, they price gouge like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I’ve been getting my Mazda CX9 serviced there for over 8 years and recently had my car serviced. Three weeks later the battery failed, when I called them I was told it was 35 months old, out of warranty, warranty was only 24 months. At Mazda I was charged $320 35 months ago for the two year warranty and $405 is what is charged for a three year warranty, that is $85 more. In comparison Battery Factory installed my three year warranty batt... read more
