Avoid Phillip Mazda service, they price gouge like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I’ve been getting my Mazda CX9 serviced there for over 8 years and recently had my car serviced. Three weeks later the battery failed, when I called them I was told it was 35 months old, out of warranty, warranty was only 24 months. At Mazda I was charged $320 35 months ago for the two year warranty and $405 is what is charged for a three year warranty, that is $85 more. I have been a customer of Phillip Mazda Service for over 20 years. I have always been receiving good customer service from the service team when I took my cars to them for service.
