I gives me great pleaseure to give this review to Shane and the team at Phillip Mazda. As my daughter is located in Canberra and myself in Victoria it is hard to find a service department to trust. The transmission was failing in her CX3 due to a slow oil leak (which was admittedly hard to detect). I was delighted with the customer service from Adam for my service today. He was courteous and efficient and answered all of my questions clearly. His team were also a pleasure to deal with. The fact they left my car really clean was a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend and will return myself next time.
