Had very bad customer service experience when went to buy car for my friend, 1st question asked was if we going to buy car today or not, also didn’t explain stuffs in details. Alternatively went to Belconnen Mazda store and ordered new car from there

I can highly recommend Mazda Phillip from start to finish. The first engagement from booking in was friendly and accommodating, then during the service I got to chat with the friendly staff and kick back in a very tidy showroom with great coffee. All the way through the service process Amy kept me informed. Driving the car home fell like a brand new car. Great service guys!

Buyer be ware! Breaks just failed in my 2013 MAZDA CX9. Repair will be thousands of dollars - advised by a mechanic that it’s a master cylinder/booster failure and that he’s aware it happening to a few Mazdas lately. There is no recall I’m told by the local (Phillip, ACT) dealership - also told you shouldn’t drive it and can’t look at it for another few weeks.
