I had problems with a little Mazda 2, and contacted Mazda spare parts in Phillip and got Nick. I was expecting to be talked into expensive options, and was astonished by his help, problem solving and how he wanted to make sure I had the best outcome. I am beyond HAPPY . The car is being repaired for much less than I expected. Thankyou NICK
Test drove a car, salesman had to join us and we were on a time limit 😡 - also told where to drive. I won't get that car for other reasons but really why can't I drive the car where I would be travelling the most, to work, to school etc. I don't like the salesman in the car, he wouldn't be there on a regular day and it felt like I had someone quietly critiqing my driving. Not the cheapest in town but they do offer very good customer service. I have never had a complaint with the service of my vehicle and the condition on return.
