I have purchased a new Mazda few year ago and everything was fine. Only taken to Mazda service for regular check-up. I doubt they perform any service. They didn't even advice my 3 tires meed replacing as they were almost bold ???The battery of the key was not replaced. They also give some some lame excuse about their service. If it was a 0 I would have given them a zero for service and zero for customer service. I cancelled all my future services with them. Such a disgrace!!! The service may not be the cheapest available, but they are conscientious and thorough. Service is generally excellent even at busy times.
