This dealership refuses to fix my car door handle despite it being under warranty. They claimed I sprayed a “sticky chemical,” but all I used was a lubricant (which is recommended in the Mazda owner’s manual). They made false claims without any evidence or proof, so I have now filed a case with Mazda and the ACCC. It is shocking that a service centre staff member doesn’t even know what a silicon-based lubricant is, yet makes random claims and voids people’s warranties. If Amy picks up the phone just hang up. She seems to not give a single shit and is very disinterested in the care for customer care.
Absolutely love everything about this dealership. Geoff was brilliant to work with and helped me organise trading in two cars for a great new one. Darwish was fantastic in getting all the financing sorted. Whenever I’ve brought the car in for a service, Amy and the entire service team have been amazing. I would recommend them to everyone!
