I love my Mazda 3 as it was my first big car purchase. I often get my car looked after by Phillip Mazda, and have always had an exceptional experience. The whole team is great, but Amy in particular has always gone the extra mile. I am a bit pedantic and like to keep the car mint, Amy always looks after me and sorts me out for quotes, parts, services etc. Definitely will remain a regular at this location!

Excellent customer service, great price
I am genuinely fed up with the experience I’ve had here at PHILLIP MAZDA. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for an ongoing issue. Each time I was told it had been “fixed”, only for the issue to return again within hours of collecting the car. This is not proper diagnosis or repair. It is repeated guessing at the customer’s expense. I also paid for a wheel alignment on one visit, with no change at all to how the vehicle drove.
