I've had worse dealer sevices but these guys need to pull their finger out. 1. Rotating tyres same side without any cross over is downright lazy and causes premature assymetrical wear, cheeky thinking your customers wont notice, I marked my wheels before hand to check your workmanship and now I have to go and fix your lazy work myself - rego is EZV56H - speak to your tech that did this job and reset expectations if you actually care. 2. Appalling. Absolute disgrace. 2 week old car goes in for complimentary service check and comes out covered in swirl marks. Shane Roberts has an appalling customer service attitude - "we don’t believe there were any issues prior to you picking your car up". Look at the photos. Raised to Dealer Principal who seems not to care as no contact. Formal complaint lodged with Mazda Australia as the service ethic at this dealership is clearly lacking.

I have had such a good experience with Mazda! First of all Darwish helped me with purchasing my car and getting the finance all sorted! Danny helped me with picking up my car and learning about it and then for my first service today I forgot his first name but his last name was Hansen was so friendly and helpfuled! All such good customer service I truly recommend this place!!
I visited with a friend and was impressed by both the extensive vehicle selection and exceptional service. Akif Nur was outstanding – professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with our questions. He communicated clearly and took time to understand our specific needs.
