Appalling. Absolute disgrace. 2 week old car goes in for complimentary service check and comes out covered in swirl marks. Shane Roberts has an appalling customer service attitude - "we don’t believe there were any issues prior to you picking your car up". Look at the photos. Raised to Dealer Principal who seems not to care as no contact. Formal complaint lodged with Mazda Australia as the service ethic at this dealership is clearly lacking.

I have had such a good experience with Mazda! First of all Darwish helped me with purchasing my car and getting the finance all sorted! Danny helped me with picking up my car and learning about it and then for my first service today I forgot his first name but his last name was Hansen was so friendly and helpfuled! All such good customer service I truly recommend this place!!
