Excellent experience with audiologist Diane and Dr. Phillip Massengill. Diane was thorough and explained what the hearing test entailed. After the hearing test, I was seen by Dr l. Massengill who explained my results in detail with the help of a graph on the computer screen. He is gentle, kind, patient a good listener and a pleasant personality. Dr Massengill, in my opinion, is the best choice for and ENT Doctor.
