We would like to recommend Philip Knight to be your realtor. He sold our house in a tough market and time. He did not give up, he had many open houses, reccomended some warrented upgrades, and even weeded the beds to keep the curbside appeal. He brought in many potential buyers, and ultimately that is how the house got sold. He got it done.
