Never again will I have an xray here! I needed an x-ray on my knee today and was not at all satisfied with the radiologists effort whatsoever. Mark seemed to be in quite a hurry to get my images done and get out the door. He was in such a hurry that he actually hurt my by pressing my knee into the table. I really hope my xray wasn’t a waste of time, effort & money, I don’t have much money to waste & I live in chronic pain. Negligence on Mark’s behalf today sums up my experience. Absolutely disgusting, ultrasound tech was extremely rude & I was treated with no dignity during my ultrasound. I laid there with my most private area exposed until a small foot by foot sized piece of medical paper was plopped over there by the male technician, all I could smell was cigarettes, yet I was polite from the start & even after how vulnerable & embarrassed I felt, I still remained polite…I left feeling absolutely horrible & actually violated’ wondering why I was treated in such a rude, cruel undignified way…There ... read more
