Update 14Aug2025: 3yrs on, we finally closed case. I took this case up with Consumer Affairs and VCAT. If you have a case, may be worthwhile to take this up to the relevant authorities as well. --------------------------------------- Our booking reference 140322 was confirmed back in May/June 2022 for Dec 2022 but turns out the resort overbooked due to "syncing issues". Lovely peaceful location. Our villa was gorgeous. Could have been a little bit cleaner. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The serenity was beautiful. Thank you Toni for sharing you're villa's.

Unrepsonive and no one picks up the phone or answers back to messages, i have tried via every avenue to contact this property, looks like a scam to me.
