I went there for an emergency, the receptionist was not nice or friendly even though it was only 9am but the other staff were exceptional the nurse who treated me was absolutely lovely, the other nurse was also very caring and compassionate, Dr Roman was excellent, clear in his explanation about my injury & alternatives, options and likely progression. In 2 hour I had been triaged, ECG and X Rays, diagnosed and left. Very lucky to have this amazing facility 1 km from home.

Have been a few times and each time staff and care have been exceptional. Amazed to have 3 doctors phone first thing after blood test results (Wonthaggi A&E, Hub and my own Dr.) Thank you, I would not have addressed a very serious issue in time if I needed to wait for a Drs appt.

My wife & I went to the hub with cough/ flu symptoms & inability to sleep due to cough. We were treated by Romman. He was considerate , professional & sympathetic & gave us good confidence. He arranged for further testing

This is only a reference for the 19th of November as all other times 5 I have given. Arrived around 5.30 as I had the worst itch ever . But I also said I was waiting on a mitral valve replaced at the Alfred . On this occasion Ididnt get out of there until 10pm . I was getting worse when I finally went in . The nurses said just wait there . Saw a doctor said it's a allergy. Not that it wasn't obvious my breathing was not good and my swollen tummy, legs , ankles every thing.
