Great service from staff, Dr Sayed, the Dental assistant and Christelle. Highly recommended.
I would not recommend Dr Sayed based on my experience. The whole appointment felt awkward and uncomfortable, and I found his manner rude, dismissive and arrogant. What also made the experience uncomfortable was the way he spoke to his dental assistant. From my perspective, he came across as rude and arrogant towards her as well, and she appeared visibly uncomfortable and as though she did not want to be there. Review I had a really positive experience at the clinic with Dr Sayed. He was professional, patient and took the time to properly explain everything to me without making me feel rushed. The whole process was handled really well, and the staff were also friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how comfortable and looked after I felt throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr Sayed and the clinic to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely takes the time with their patients.
