We knew what we were purchasing needed (a lot of) work. We decided to get a building inspection just to be sure. Geoff was fantastic. Very responsive in his communication and timing of inspection before we signed the contract, along with a very detailed report confirming what we’d seen plus a few things we’d missed. He’s also very knowledgeable of the area we were buying into which will be great for local knowledge once we’re there doing the works. Highly recommended.
