had a partial hysterectomy performed by Dr. Honea, and I was very pleased with both the procedure and my recovery. He chose to use robotic-assisted surgery, which significantly reduced my pain and shortened my recovery time. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
Written 1-27-26 Dr. Honea is an excellent Doctor. I have no issues with him. His associate doctor Lauren Weaver however is full of herself, and told my daughter WITHOUT running any tests that she does not have breast cancer. After the fact a few tests were performed, but my daughter said that her online patient portal already had results for an ultrasound and a mammogram BEFORE the tests were performed! An absolutely amazing doctor. Super thorough and easy to talk to. Also Danville hospital was a perfect labor and delivery experience with him and the nurses there!
