My old water heater started leaking, so i needed a replacement as soon as possible. I’ve called on this plumbing company several times over the years for work around my home. Most recently, I met with Cole to talk about getting a new boiler installed. Cole was very professional, took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns, and really made sure I understood the process. two of the friendliest plumbers, gage and marc, came out to help with a bad smell from my floor drain. i called because there was a strong odor, and gage and marc checked things out right away. they figured out the smell wasn't from the sewer, then kept looking until they found what was causing it. they were honest, really helpful, and very accommodating. i’ll definitely call them first for any plumbing issues in severance.
We had a plumber come out to help fix a leak from the T&P valve on our new water heater. The plumber, Josiah, was very professional and took extra care to find out what was causing the problem. He replaced the water regulator and also made sure to adjust all the pressure points and the expansion tank on the water heater. Even though the issue wasn’t a simple one, Josiah made sure to check everything and got our home’s plumbing working smoothly. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and how professional he was.
