If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. He seemed very lacadasical about everything. Oh, you didn't like the prep kit I insisted you buy, not covered by your insurance? Well, we will do something else next time. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Would you recommend this gastroenterologist to others? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like my appointment was being rushed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient if you can access it.. Definitely efforts were made to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Harper conducts a very thorough examination and definitely works to solve the medical issues I presented with.
