I have a mentally disabled brother. My mother was always allowed back with him. Dr. Caldwell was always professional and courteous to my brother and mother. When my mother was not feeling well one day, I took him. I was also allowed to go back with him. I took my daughter there and he noticed her eye glasses and cleaned them. Always very satisfied and pleased with him.
I wish I could actually give this place NO stars. ALL parents be advised there is a male doctor at this place named Dr. Phil Caldwell who is verbally abusive towards children. He lies about what he says and has NO proof or witnesses that will speak on his behalf to back up his side. My 6 year old child told me after a procedure on April 1st that this old man told him to "shut up and be still".
