Came in today unable to smile because of an embarrassing black mark/decay on my front tooth. Dr. E Longman fixed it within 30 minutes all while being gentle and reassuring, words can’t explain how grateful I am
The female receptionists here are so rude and arrogant, especially the Indian/Nepalese younger girl and the blonde, middle-aged woman - truly terrible customer service. This is a major part of their jobs so, seriously, do better. I can understand grumpyness when it's busy but they're miserable even when it's quiet! You're lucky to have jobs like yours and you should appreciate them more. Service from the other healthcare staff is mostly fine though, no issues here.
Not helpful. Difficult to reschedule. There is no option to call ahead and advise that you’ll be running late or to see if you can rearrange appointment times. Stressful to find parking as well which if contributes to being late results in being turned away. Waste of time and would not recommend their services if it’s your first time expecting a child.
Accessible. Need to go through a voice system.
