Not helpful. Difficult to reschedule. There is no option to call ahead and advise that you’ll be running late or to see if you can rearrange appointment times. Stressful to find parking as well which if contributes to being late results in being turned away. Waste of time and would not recommend their services if it’s your first time expecting a child.
Accessible. Need to go through a voice system.
We are very thankful to LISA. As a first newborn parents we were struggling a lot with breastfeeding and others, and as our baby got prolonged jaundice , it was more difficult. The way she supported us was amazing and she always made us feel like they are here for us😊
