Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous, and the doctor took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. However, my appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM and I was not seen until almost 10:00 AM. Dr Chae and his staff are top notch- very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful.
Dr. Chae was so helpful explaining everything to me and my family, he really took the time to listen and answer all our questions. All the staff at his office were so nice and helpful
