I can waited 7 months to see Dr Stites(Covid),because my mother loves him. I really wish I had gone to any other dermatologist. After eating alm that time, and having been rescheduled twice because of covid. I show up to my first appointment with him and his incompetent staff forgot to tell me they rescheduled my appointment again. Dr Stites and his staff are excellent! They treated me with respect and took the time to address all my needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin care.

Dr. Stites always takes good care of me, listens to my concerns, and addresses my concerns. He has removed some skin cancer and did a MOH's procedure for a BCC on my nose and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Dr only glanced over numerous areas that STILL concern me as possible skin cancers, even ough I told him that I had skin cancer and on my leg removed 5 years ago. Dismissive is a an appropriate description of his 'tableside' manner for the 90 seconds he spent with me. I plan drive to Fayetteville to avoid risking my health from here. Normal scaly brown spots was his only diagnosis. The desk staff was condescending with numerous patients--rude and entirely unprofessional. Avoid!!!
