Very quick and easy getting appointment. Dr Song was thorough and explained everything he was doing and thinking in a kind and simple way.
Except for parking this place is great. I think Dr. Song is great. I have a complicated case and he was willing to spend the time to answer my questions. Very important in a doctor. I would gladly recommend him.

Dr. Song, his nurse and entire office staff are top notch. They are knowledgable, caring and communicate well with me as a patient and with each other as a team. Dr. Song has a high level of expertise and as a more nervous patient, that always makes me feel totally comfortable. His kind and caring manner makes the procedure so much easier to tolerate. I highly recommend him and Mass Eye and Ear Hospital.
