Reception staff is genuinely a nightmare. They will ‘forget’ to inform you about appointments and then charge you a no-show fee. They are unclear with check in instructions, and have the audacity to take it out on you when you need further clarification. These ladies were absolutely horrendous to my father, who has a thick accent. They are the most condescending ‘healthcare professionals’ I have ever met. Efficient check in. One dr. So there was a wait. When I finally got in, Dr was thorough and I was satisfied with her recommendation for treatment. I can’t ask for more than that.
My waiting time was non existent even the prescription pills were bottled fast. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend going here.
I came in on a Saturday afternoon. The receptionist was super nice and supportive since I was really sick. She was worried about my condition and provided me every steps that I’ll need to do. The physician - Fatima is also the nicest person, she provided professional advice and gave me everything that I’ll need to be recovering. Definitely recommend this clinic if you are finding someone who actually cares about your sickness and provide the most helpful and supportive advice.
