I’ve come here for years and been a loyal customer, happily. Today was so uncomfortable. I know we came in within 15 minutes of closing but we rushed and spent almost $600. The staff were rude from the moment we walked in, rushing us (when we were clearly running around conscious of their hours) it was just so uncomfortable. Making an exception for 5 minutes after closing when someone is spending that amount of money is unreal lol.. also turning on “closing time” at 1 minute after was a real treat.
I haven't shopped at the physical store, but I did want to give a shout out to how wonderful and easy their return process is. In this day and age, transparency and personal touches are so far and few between that it really stands out when you interact with someone great. I wanted to specifically thank Colleen who processed my return digitally. I'll definitely be shopping at Philistine again knowing how great the staff is!
2nd time on this store and already a favorite! From baggu products to levi and baggy shirts!
