I am a Service business and I can call Rob day or night with needing a part or anything and if there able to help he will immediately, I have gave them business with some of my clients and I never known them to not show up with out calling, we are a service business we do get backed up an make mistakes thats how we learn to make are businesses better,so I give them a A+ known them for many years,
Had electrical problems. Called. They showed up on Thursday, took a quick look. Told me they'd be back Monday and what furniture i needed to move for them. With a bad back and not well, I moved furniture. Came home from work Monday. they were a no-show, no-call. My sister called the office to find that we were not even scheduled. Shame on you leaving two old ladies out in the cold
