Gave up on Philips purchased a new Resmed machine a much better product.
I feel I must voice my strongest disapproval of the way Phillips have handled the process following the discovery of possible faults with many of their CPAC machines. They kept some Sleep Doctors and myself in the dark for months and became almost impossible to contact. I gave my new Phillips replacement machine to a deserving recipient and purchased a 'Superior' ResMed CPAC machine. If you purchase Phillips..best of luck if you get a problem (If I could give less than 1 star I would!)
Avoid the red tape involved its just not worth it choose elsewhere. They'll speak to you when they're ready not when you are. Appears to be all sales driven.
