I personally have dealt with this store on many occasions, professional and courteous
Your phone service is quite inefficient. It took four attempts to get an 1800 call service. Customers need to speak directly to the retail manager, not a call service. In this case a shop in Darwin.
My experience was awful. The tall loud lady was very pushy. She used a machine to take a 3D scan of my face without explanation or consent. She took my phone of me to download and set up an ap, she accepted whatever terms and conditions came up without explanation and basically just bossed me around when I was to unwell to react. When I returned my machine today she called me rude when I was trying to limit my interactions with her due to my very dissatisfied experience with these people.
