The facility staff has been amazing. Brooke is very easy to work with and extremely friendly. The facility itself is very large and easy to locate spots. Prices are the lowest in town. I will be using them for all my storage needs now and the future

I never thought I’d lose my storage spot just because someone else wanted it more. Today, I was contacted by Brooke from Philips RV and asked to relocate my storage spot. They offered me a $100 credit for the inconvenience. I explained that I was happy where I was and wanted to stay put. We have stored our RV on a seasonal basis at Philips RV & Boat Storage for around five years now. Their price is fair, their service is great, and the location is quite convenient for us. For snowbirds, seasonal storage is difficult because many storage locations may not have a vacancy when you need it. With the essentially limitless (or so it seems) storage space available at the Philips industrial park, getting a winter site has never been a problem. Tive um problema de comunicação para que fosse cancelado o meu storage , mas eles resolveram isso e me devolveram parte do pagamento !

I took my Rv on 12/29 and 01/01 was the beginning of a new month, but I asked to cancel my registration, but they charged for the whole month of January (I will try to refund with my bank and report fraud)
