Do not ever buy their products. They dont blue tooth sync to anything at all. Wifi can't pick up their lights. And says it can connect to Alexa or the Wiz app they tell you to download, but none of them can even detect their lights.
Philips sends open box products, then takes down reviews that criticize their bad business practices. I bought a $400 flourish pendant light directly from Philips, but it arrived in terrible condition. Parts were missing and the interior packaging was a mess. I returned it immediately and submitted the review you see above. Now they are trying to get me to change my review… Moreover, I can’t reply directly to the email and don’t use Twitter or Facebook, so what is the point of contacting me? Weird.
