I went to Phillips to have a new battery put in my watch and a diamond put in my ring. My watch stopped working the day I picked it up and the diamond fell out 3 days later. I am going to ask for a full refund. I will post again when I get a response from then.
Needed a screw put back into the very specific handle of my watch. They were kind enough to take overnight. They checked inventory, called next day let me know they were without ( what a discovered being a rare type) but went home and wound up finding in the original box when looking for the number to call; per their helpful info provided. After finding, the next day back, they handled in no time and no charge, even for a small offer. It is very much appreciated!! This watch is my life/ activity
