I purchased the Philips Azur Elite Steam Iron on 22/04/2022, expecting a high-quality, long-lasting product from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. I only used it once a week for normal household ironing, yet it developed problems very quickly and eventually stopped working properly. Extremely disappointing customer service experience. The call centre representative I spoke with—“Rav”—was persistently unhelpful, dismissive, and at times, outright rude. He repeatedly interrupted me, provided inaccurate summaries of my issue, and then accused me of interrupting when I tried to clarify. I initially assumed the call was handled offshore due to the accent, but the level of sarcasm and attitude made it clear this was likely based in Australia.
