I purchased the Philips Azur Elite Steam Iron on 22/04/2022, expecting a high-quality, long-lasting product from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Extremely disappointing customer service experience. The call centre representative I spoke with—“Rav”—was persistently unhelpful, dismissive, and at times, outright rude. He repeatedly interrupted me, provided inaccurate summaries of my issue, and then accused me of interrupting when I tried to clarify.
