My husband has worked road construction for over 50 years and we’ve been married for over 35, so I’ve seen trucks in all forms! The Phillips trucks clean, covered and their drivers are doing a great job! 5 stars!
Trucks hauling milling down Hwy 1 no tarps to cover there lose asphalt milling! Got a real nice rock chip now from it. Called the office talked to Lisa who btw was rude person I’ve ever talked to on the phone and likes to hang up on ppl! Real nice customer service!!!!
