This is the place real men go to get tools. The problem is when you take your broken tool back to them for a simple part like a brush, (accessed without taking the tool apart) they tore the whole thing apart and told me it would cost $289.00 to fix it. Nevermind that the same tool on AMAZON.COM is currently listed at $119.00 brand new!! Why couldn't they just replace the $8 brush, because they said, "it is store policy that we go through the whole tool and make sure it is operational".
