Colorado and Fort Collins are not known as gastronomy capitals, but this is by far one of the worst dinners I have had in 14 years living in Colorado. I had what they called "beef bourguignon" and the dish was absolutely horrible. The beef was way overcooked, the "sauce" was like water, and the beef was tough. The waiter, a young woman I'll not name to prevent embarrassing her, had no clue as to what good service was. This was our first time dining here, and it will be our last. Food was average but overpriced for the quality. Mussels were sweet and fresh but sauce was way way oversalted. Beef baourginon was also way way oversalted and beef was very dry. They make a good espresso.

It was so good! I finished my entire plate. Perfectly poached eggs, great hollandaise, lovely greens in tasty dejon dressing. Lovely atmosphere 👌

Aside from a loud talking couple next to us, the experience was delightful. Extraordinary appetizers and Entrée. The creme brule was the perfect ending to a lovely dinner. Oh, I must also mention the two mocktails we sipped on...superb but a bit expensive considering they are without alcohol. Waiter was friendly and enthusiastic.
