Phillipa is the right realtor to have in the current housing market situation. She is very knowledgeable and has a good communication skills. I'm very happy with my purchase and she was able to deliver what I wanted for my new home. She had my back from our initial conversation to the closing day. If only my divorce lawyer was as good as her.
