Wish we lived closer,love this Doctor office. Clean and friendly, and don't have to get prick 10 times lol. The Doctors actually listen to you also.

Dismissed trying to file a complaint with the office manager over my spouses test results handling and attitude from a nurse. I've had attitudes from this staff member for years and bit my tongue, but the lack of listening to understand, loudly talking over patients on the phone while they are trying to reiterate the reason for the call and then playing the victim is unprofessional and unethical at best. I was a little freaked out over a test result and hearing about that result from a surgical referral call, not from the practice itself. When I questioned their process I was met with defensiveness, a disturbing lack of empathy, and being talked over by a staff member. After stating I would call back when I was no longer angry, I was then dismissed as a patient. No questions. No conversations. Requested certain tests, was told I was clear by the doctor AND staff over the phone. When getting my paperwork a year later for personal reasons, found out what I requested and paid for was not done a could have passed it along to others after being told it was tested for a cleared. Then when asked why it wasn’t I was told to leave. I should have requested the paperwork immediately, so I could’ve known and requested that test again. Won’t be going back to a small town clinic ever after this.
