My wife and I met Philip Gerth today 3-31-26.Im impressed at his kind demeanor.He also is very knowledgeable about the information involving the matter we went to discuss with him today.He broke everything down for us in such a way that even a lay person like myself can understand whats best for us in our situation.5 stars Philip!

I have never a lawyer like Philip Gerth. He is absolutely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, friendly, compassionate and extremely competent.
Phillip Gerth was not a great experience, I met with him 6 weeks ago, he does not return calls, if he does it's a week later, he is not clear with information provided and he wasted my time & would not assist with going forward to represent me thru a tough time, he has his office manager contact you with information then recants it as if what was stated never had been. Not professional nor cares if your grieving his concern is his payment upfront nor discusses it unless he does or doesn't take your case on. Dont choose him. ... read more
