Promptly seen. Seemed genuinely caring about my condition and answering questions regarding treatment. Condition improving.
Dismissive of patients with complex and rare autoimmune issues. it’s a rheumatological condition, that no other specialist field treats. So I was left very sick, in a severe bed ridden flare for 5 months and got no help. I have never felt so unheard. I brought documentation from 3 other specialists; and he wouldn’t look at it. Made offensive micro expressions as I spoke of my issues and got emotional because I’m so sick. Ugh.
He listens to your concerns, provides thoughtful responses, excellent follow through & follow up
Dr Velderman is fantastic. He has excellent listening skills, and I am confident in the care I receive.
