They don't care who they step on.. all of my property in ruined by NEIL he's a bully doing your construction at 23 Norman st replace my property .. painted yellow lines on the street illegally . Sky Broadwater is ruined..
Never have I had so many "fix up's" with a brand new home. And when I contacted them, the person "resolving" it was the rudest person I've ever encountered. Trying to palm it off as someone else's problem. Eventually got resolved, but now more issues, so I have to contact them again...ugggghhh. DO NOT BUILD WITH THESE GUY'S.
Have just had a contract on a completed home cancelled in order for Philip Usher Constructions to sell for a higher amount. Valuer was denied access as had been 6 months prior. This meant the financier could not get a final valuation and settlement date missed. What a low act to make more money. A quote from their own staff member "The Christmas Grinch is certainly out and about this year". To top it all off they are keeping the deposit. Bought a house built by philip usher and the build quality/workmanship/attention to detail is extremely poor. House is 3 years old and constantly having ongoing issues even after being rectified.
