I've been trying to book an appointment for 2 days. I get sent to a call center overseas, they want you to use an online site (klara) to set up an appointment and no one replies when messaged on it. Unfortunate because I hear he's a great doctor but this is what happens when outsourcing labor overseas.
Dr/and or PA does not return my calls regarding test results. Not acceptable
I've had 4 or 5 colonoscopies with Dr. Trupiano and he's a fantastic doctor and person. My brother and sister also see him. I've never had a problem and they keep getting easier as the anesthetics have improved so much. Getting ready for another one in 2025. Highly recommended.
Can’t say enough about how amazing Dr Trupiano & his team are!! From the staff who make the phone calls, to the front desk staff & all the the amazing nurses, each and everyone of them made us feel important & comfortable.. This is our 8th procedure with Dr Trupiano, and he really is the absolute best, so patient, caring, professional & compassionate!! Thank you so much! Mr & Mrs Fusco
