My last two appointments were cancelled by the office without letting me know. Twice!! Now, it's one thing if your dentist cancels without letting you know, but it is entirely unacceptable to cancel a colonoscopy without notifying the patient. I made an attempt to contact the office manager about my experience, but I gave up. I am done calling the general office number and having to listen to repetitive announcements and annoying music while waiting forever to be served. Dr. Trupiano is a kind, caring physician who goes above and beyond for his patients. He ensures we don't miss our regular appointments or procedures and leaves no stone unturned when trying to diagnose gastrointestinal issues. Both my husband and I are his patients and we can't imagine going to anyone else.
Dr Trupiano is an excellent doctor. He is caring and very responsive.
