I called this company to discuss having my classic vehicle repaired after my neighbor damaged the front fender. Taylor on the phone was condescending and told me I have to wait until I take the car to the place the insurance company wanted me to go. I used to work insurance, I did not need a lesson on how things work. You either want my business or you don't. After I told her I'd pay outright, she set me up with an appointment.
