Phil Is a great loan officer to work with. I was in a mortgage rut and he completely took over and fixed. He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly especially to a first time home buyer. I felt heard and understood. Never judged. He also knows how to relate to the person and keep up conversation. Thankyou for helping me. I will always recommend him for anything that has to do with mortgage.
Phil was amazing helping us with the purchase of a new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which helped answer some nuance quirks associated with a VA loan. He answered any questions or concerns I had right away and kept me informed through the entire process, which I really appreciated.
