Pretty much the best doctor of any kind I’ve ever had. Compassionate and exceedingly competent. Just excellent all around.
Met Dr. Ruisi today when I brought my father for a visit. He is the kindest, most down to earth Dr. I've encountered in a long time. We were there for a second opinion. This doc and the other were like night and day. Very happy we saw him.
In Nov. 2020, I failed a stress test and Dr Ruisi was going to do stents to my heart as I had blockages. Instead I was rushed into heart surgery for a CABGx2! He saved my life!
Amazing Dr , he was so patient heard my complains and clinically examined and resolved my health problem totally only because of his analysis , Thank you and highly recommended Dr Philip and his office and team were very helpful
