I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ragno. but my last experience was the worst. Fortunately my cardiac issues only become serious to me in 2023. Medication being needed and referrals for further work up. The office lacks direction and supervision. Documentation was inappropriate for professional NP/PA's and the medical record department was nasty and unprofessional resulting in my not obtaining an appropriate referral to the doctor of my choice..
