Very professional, helpful, caring and efficient staff. Lisa has gone above and beyond to help with scheduling and any issues we’ve come across from logging on to billing. She is a wonderful asset. Dr. Copeland is great with my son and I’ve met with as well. Very knowledgeable, calm and patient. We are thankful that we can utilize his services in the comfort of our own home via the online virtual services they offer. Thank you Taft and Associates!!!

I just start bringing my daughter here and it has being very helpful to her. Lisa has been very professional and helpful scheduling our appointments and Shannon has being an amazing therapist, she is lovely and nice and knows what she’s doing. I am so glad to bring my daughter here because I know I can trust them. Highly recommended.

I forget her name, but the young lady currently at the receptionist position is super sweet and welcoming. She has been thoroughly patient and kind in getting me set up for my upcoming appointments. This is my first time dealing with insurance and therapy, in the same go nonetheless, and im glad she was the young lady helping me out!
